These Terms of Use govern your use of the Traffic Mind mobile application (the "App"), provided by YBaz Games ("we", "us", "our").
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and applicable platform rules.
Subscriptions
Traffic Mind offers an auto-renewable subscription ("VIP") with monthly billing.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Pricing is displayed in-app and may vary by region/currency.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or violate applicable laws while using the App.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including content, design, and branding, remain the property of YBaz Games or its licensors.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YBaz Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
